Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins. Because many of our products are made to order, personalized, or prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at poppinsandpost@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
